JOB TITLE: MARKETING DATA & AI PROJECT MANAGERLOCATION: BRUSSEL AND NAMUR, BELGIUM DURATION: AS SOON AS POSSIBLE- 6 - MONTH CONTRACT PLUS POSSIBLE OF EXTENSIONLANGUAGES: DUTCH, FRENCH AND ENGLISHWORK REGIME: 100% (FULL-TIME AND HYBRID 2(OR)3 DAYS ONSITE)JOB DESCRIPTION The Market & Development department is looking for a Data & AI Project Manager to participate in the definition and implementation of a data-driven vision supporting the organization's global strategy.The projects carried out aim in particular to offer more personalized services to our affiliates but also to explore new service opportunities to be implemented at the MC.YOU PLAY A KEY ROLE INDefining MC's Data and AI ambitionThe management and implementation of projects to achieve the objectives set: from design to provision to our affiliatesIdentification and monitoring of KPIs and results to be achievedRESPONSIBILITIES :PROJECT MANAGEMENT You identify and propose opportunities for projects and data products that support the MC strategyYou build business cases illustrating the return on investment of projectsYou will establish and prioritize the list of data & AI projects to be carried out/developed in consultation with the identified stakeholdersYou develop an action plan and a retroplanningYou will develop and monitor the budget, resourcesYou will monitor the project in an iterative and continuous improvement logicYou organize, lead and supervise the work within the project team and monitor the achievement of objectivesYou combine strategic coordination and active operational involvementYou communicate the progress and interim results to the stakeholdersYou support internal employees in understanding, appropriating, deploying and promoting Data & AI projectsMONITORING AND ANALYSIS OF THE IMPACT OF PROJECTS You define the KPIs from the start of the projectYou create interactive dashboards and reports measuring the impact and return on investment of projects and data productsYou monitor the achievement of the set objectives, their adoption by users and you propose adjustments if necessaryYou perform in-depth data analysis, proactively detect opportunities and data-driven insightsYou translate insights into concrete recommendationsYou will communicate internally on the projects carried out and highlight their added value for the MC, based on figuresDEVELOPMENT OF A DATA-DRIVEN CULTURE AND COMPETITIVE/TECHNOLOGICAL INTELLIGENCE You will participate in the dissemination of the MC's data-driven vision and a data & AI culture within the MC via an internal communication planYou will monitor data/AI uses and innovations in the field of insurance and healthYou share trends and make recommendationsPROFIELYou have a Master's degree or equivalent experienceYou have skills in data analysisYou have gained experience in data-driven project management (min 3 years)You have a good functional knowledge of AI technologiesYou have an in-depth knowledge of the main generative AI toolsYou have advanced communication skills, in particular to inspire the organization about the added value of the projects deliveredYou are autonomous, take initiative and are able to work in complex environmentsYou demonstrate a constant desire to achieve tangible resultsYou are fluent in English (oral and written) and understanding Dutch is a plusExperience with the Agile/SCRUM method is an asset.
