* Analist-Tester SAP SuccessFactors (Performance Module)

* Project duration: beginning of February to end of October
* Aquafin is fully committed to digital HR transformation. After successfully implementing modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting Marketing, Recruiting Management, Onboarding, and Learning, we will launch the Performance module of SAP SuccessFactors in February. For this project, we are looking for an Analyst-Tester to strengthen our HR Talent project team.
Your role in the project team:
* You'll work closely with the Product Owner, Business Owner, and Key User. As an Analyst-Tester, you'll be the key player in testing and validating the solution, ensuring a smooth go-live.
* What are you going to do?
* Design & preparation
* Actively participate in all design workshops.
* Develop, execute and monitor the associated test scenarios.
* Contribute to the detailed design and validation together with PO and BO.
* Testing & coordination
* Drafting, executing and coordinating all SIT and UAT test plans.
* Follow up on test scenarios and associated tickets in DevOps.
* Prepare and facilitate UAT testing sessions across the organization.
* Documentation & training
* Co-authoring of manuals for end-users.
* Together with BO and KU, prepare and deliver training courses to various target groups throughout the organization.
* Go-live & aftercare
* Actively participate in the business cutover to go live.
* Point of contact and support during hypercare.
