With our services and (technology) solutions, we help our clients navigate through the total reward landscape in a tailor-made and result-oriented way. Our Rewards team covers the entire range of services from strategy to implementation, combining all required expertise: reward, tax & legal, employee communication, HRIS and processes.

Within our team:

1. You are responsible for the design and implementation of reward strategies and plans for our clients in alignment with their business and HR priorities
2. You will think strategically with clients in defining and executing their base pay & performance pay management systems
3. You will deal with a variety of reward client projects and ad hoc queries, often providing expertise in a multidisciplinary environment and in consultation with different stakeholders
4. You work closely together with junior and more senior colleagues and build close relationships with your clients
5. You understand key objectives for clients and Deloitte, you align people to objectives and set priorities and direction
6. You will develop and execute projects in line with the highest quality and client service standards
7. You develop high-performing people and teams through challenging and meaningful opportunities

Let’s Talk About You

8. You have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the field of reward and reward strategy in a consulting environment
9. You have profound knowledge on job evaluation & job grading and know how to use this in practice at different companies (sectors). A knowledge of one of the main job evaluation methods is a clear asset.
10. You have experience with drafting job descriptions
11. You know how to translate job descriptions, job grading and external benchmark data into an effective comp & ben structure
12. You have a bachelor or master’s degree. A postgraduate degree is an asset
13. You have excellent communication and strategic thinking skills
14. You demonstrate strong analytical skills both in terms of logical reasoning and analysing numerical and HR data. Building a business case is your second nature.
15. You are ambitious and willing to invest in a working environment full of opportunities
16. You have an open, creative, entrepreneurial, enthusiastic and flexible mindset
17. You are a team player with project management skills
18. You communicate fluently in Dutch, French and English
