About the Role:
As Communications Lead, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive communication strategy that promotes the achievements, insights, and value created by the Data & Analytics team. You’ll coordinate events, create high-impact content, manage digital channels, and translate complex data insights into accessible, engaging narratives for a wide audience.
What You’ll Do:
* Own and deliver the Data & Analytics communication roadmap, setting up workflows, priorities, and reporting structures.
* Lead communications planning and execution for events like hackathons and business function sessions.
* Develop compelling content — articles, presentations, infographics, reports, and video content — that tell the story of data-led success.
* Work closely with Data Scientists and Translators to identify key insights and convert them into clear, engaging messages for non-technical audiences.
* Manage digital communication channels, including newsletters, intranet (SharePoint), and social media.
* Support change management initiatives related to new data tools and processes with tailored communication plans.
* Measure the impact of communication initiatives and adjust strategies based on data and feedback.
* Facilitate user communities through webinars, masterclasses, and meetups to foster knowledge sharing.
What You’ll Bring:
* Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
* 2–5 years of experience in communications or marketing, preferably in a data and analytics environment.
* Exceptional writing and editing skills across various formats and audiences.
* Proficiency in digital communication tools — social media, newsletters, SharePoint, and Teams.
* Strong understanding of data and analytics concepts, with the ability to make technical topics accessible.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder management.
* Experience in content performance analysis and continuous improvement.
* Bonus: Video/photo editing skills and familiarity with data visualization tools.
