Key Account Manager – French Market (Belgium)

About the Role
My client are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to oversee and grow a portfolio of 10-20 key accounts within the French-speaking market in Belgium. The ideal candidate has a strong existing network in the electrotechnical wholesale and distribution sector, particularly with large industry players.
Your main focus will be on account farming—building and maintaining strong relationships to drive business growth. This is a mid-level role requiring 3-5 years of relevant experience in account management, with demonstrated success managing multiple accounts.
What We’re Looking For
* Well-established network in the French-speaking electrotechnical market in Belgium
* Proven track record in account management
* Fluent in French and English; Dutch language skills are a plus
* Experience working with major wholesale or distribution companies
* Excellent relationship-building skills and comfortable with face-to-face client meetings
* Not necessarily a technical specialist but able to engage on technical topics
* Proactive, organized, and focused on delivering exceptional client service and growth
