Lead, Manage, and Deliver Assigned Projects and Programs:
* Develop comprehensive project/program plans: objectives, scope, charters, requirements, deliverables, timelines.
* Define KPIs for project/program success.
* Provide monthly/quarterly status updates, including KPI performance.
* Manage day-to-day execution of assigned projects/programs.
* Identify, recommend, and implement activities to extend the impact and value of projects/programs.
* Identify challenges or barriers, and develop and implement mitigation plans.
* Create and deliver communications and training to support projects/programs.
* Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure project/program success.
Enable Operational Effectiveness for UCB Insights:
* Utilize approved UCB tools and technologies to optimize Insights processes and collaboration.
* Assist in training for new operational processes, technologies, and methods.
* Recommend and implement systems, tools, and programs that enhance cross-functional collaboration.
Key Focus Areas:
1. Project Portfolio Management for Integrated Insights:
2. Lead implementation, adoption, and day-to-day management of Asana for Integrated Insights.
3. Global scope, initially focused on US and EU projects; identify opportunities for further refinement and expansion.
4. Insights Procurement Strategy – Supplier Relationship Management (SRM):
5. Implement, roll out, and drive adoption of the Insights SRM Plan within Integrated Insights.
6. AI and Data Foundations Initiatives:
7. Support the development and implementation of AI tools and capabilities related to Insights.
8. Special Projects:
9. Provide leadership for other assigned projects as required.

Minimum Education Required:
* Bachelor's Degree
Additional Experience / Qualifications:
* 2+ years of operational/project management experience. Prior experience with Asana is an advantage.
* 2+ years of experience working with Insights professionals is a plus.
* Experience collaborating with Procurement, Marketing, Legal & Regulatory, or Data Privacy teams is advantageous.
Certifications / Licenses:
* Specify as required.
