The Retail & Event Marketing Coordinator will operate as a key member of XPeng's National Sales Company (NSC) in Belgium, working closely with local agents to execute retail marketing initiatives and high-quality events across Belgium and Luxembourg. This role is hands-on and operational, ensuring brand consistency, strong agent collaboration, and flawless execution of retail activations and experiential events in an agent-based sales structure.
Coordinate retail marketing activities across XPeng showrooms and agent-operated locations in Belgium and Luxembourg.
Act as the key marketing contact for local agents, supporting them with campaign execution, in-store activations, and POS materials.
Ensure consistent implementation of XPeng brand guidelines across all retail environments.
Support agents in local marketing initiatives while aligning with XPENG strategy and objectives.
Monitor marketing performance and gather insights from agents and sales teams.
Event Planning & Execution
Identify, propose, and support national marketing opportunities and large-scale events that strengthen XPeng's brand presence and business objectives in Belgium and Luxembourg.
Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events including vehicle launches, test-drive events, roadshows, guerilla activations, and partner events.
Manage end-to-end event logistics: venues, suppliers, agencies, staffing, materials, timelines, and budgets.
Represent XPeng on-site during events, ensuring premium brand presentation and smooth execution.
Coordinate with local agents to drive event attendance, lead generation, and follow-up.
Work closely with Benelux marketing colleagues, sales, and operations teams to align local execution with regional and global campaigns.
Secure brand and product information towards the retail agents (dealers)
Assist in localization of marketing and campaign assets for Belgium and Luxembourg markets.
Track KPIs for all marketing activities and contribute to post-activity reporting and insights.
Engage directly with customers and prospects at retail locations and events.
Evaluate event and partnership opportunities (automotive, lifestyle, technology, sustainability, and mobility-focused) aligned with XPeng's positioning.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
~2+ years of experience in retail marketing, event coordination, or brand activation.
~ Fluent Dutch and French is mandatory ; strong professional proficiency in English is required.
~ Experience working with dealer groups, tech- or startup/scale up teams is a big plus.
~ Experience in automotive, EV, technology, or premium consumer brands.
Familiarity with CRM systems, event management tools, and performance reporting.
Passion for technology, AI, electric mobility and experiential marketing.
