As a Junior Sales Support at our client, you will be in charge of the following responsibilities:
* Ensure customer satisfaction by managing administrative requests with timely and accurate responses.
* Execute administrative export procedures.
* Arrange client visits (transfers, samples, meals, internal communication, etc.).
* Coordinate product launches with clients and monitor retro-planning to alert colleagues of potential delays.
* Support Sales by preparing commercial offers.
* Assist the Finance team with payment follow-ups to ensure timely customer payments.
* Address pricing disputes, complaints, and customer penalties in collaboration with other departments.
* Communicate customer and Sales Department needs internally and provide feedback to the Sales team.
* Share updates from internal departments (Production, R&D, etc.) with customers and/or sales representatives.
* Contribute to other ad-hoc tasks as needed.
The ideal Sales Support at our client would have the following skills:
* A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
* Experience with an ERP.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Fluency in French / English is mandatory (C1 / C2 level).
* Ability to multitask is a great plus.
