Production Engineer CNC | High-Tech Scale-up | Leuven

Shape the future of micro-motion and scale our global production

Are you ready to bridge the gap between high-end CNC machining and automated series production? Join Xeryon in Leuven and lead the industrialization of groundbreaking micro motors that power the next generation of innovative industries worldwide.

Impact, innovation and growth all join hands at Xeryon.

Your Role as Production Engineer

As a Production Engineer, you are the architect of our manufacturing scalability. You don’t just manage machines; you design the end-to-end flow that allows us to grow from 6,000 to over 100,000 motors per year. You will work at the intersection of machining, assembly and automation, ensuring every micron-level component is produced with absolute efficiency while maintaining the highest quality levels

In this role, your key responsibilities include:

* CAM & Process Optimization: Developing high-precision milling and turning programs to minimize cycle times and maximize surface quality.
* Fixture Design: Engineering innovative work-holding solutions to ensure repeatable quality across large production batches.
* Industrialization & Automation: Leading the integration of CNC machines with robotic loading systems and automated probing, while also supporting the commissioning of new high-end CNC and laser machinery.
* Tooling Strategy: Selecting cutting-edge tools and coatings specifically for micro-machining while managing a standardized tooling library (SMED).
* Continuous Improvement: Analyzing production data to eliminate dimensional drift; developing standardized Work Instructions and refining Odoo ERP data (Routings/BOMs) for optimal flow.

Join Xeryon: High-Tech Innovation in Leuven

Xeryon is a dynamic booming company based in Leuven, renowned for developing the smallest motors in the world, and is currently scaling up its Belgian production facility to meet massive international demand. We operate at the cutting edge of precision engineering, in a fast-paced, "can-do" environment where short decision lines and technical excellence go hand in hand. Working here means being part of a supportive, energetic team where your contributions have a visible and immediate impact on the future of high-tech motion control.

What We Are Looking For

We need an entrepreneurial thinker who thrives in a scale-up environment where systems are still being built. You should possess a sharp analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills. You are triggered by challenges such as respecting complex tolerances on a miniature scale. You are a strong communicator in order to bridge the gap between engineering and the shop floor.

To be successful, you meet the following requirements:

* Degree: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
* Technical Insight: Deep understanding of GD&T, cutting physics, and material behavior. Affinity with CNC machining and related processes; experience with Heidenhain-controlled machines is a plus, not a requirement.
* Software Skills: Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., Fusion 360, Mastercam, or Siemens NX).
* Lean Mindset: A strong interest or experience in Lean Manufacturing principles and process robustness.
* Languages: Professional fluency in both Dutch and English.

What’s In It For You?

You will join a team where your impact is visible every single day. We offer a role with immense impact and ownership, where you help build a production organization to its next level.

Our offer includes:

* Competitive Salary: A package tailored to your experience and impact.
* Flexibility: Flexible working hours to support a healthy work-life balance.
* Opportunities for growth, ownership and long-term impact.
* Innovation: Work with high-end CNC and laser machinery in a high-tech environment.
* Location: A full-time position in the vibrant technology hub of Leuven.

Ready to scale the future of micro-robotics?

If you are enthusiastic, driven, and ready to make your mark in the world of precision engineering, we want to hear from you!
