Why are we hiring?
We are scaling our backend platform to handle the next generation of growth, performance, and reliability challenges. As a senior .NET developer, you will guide the architecture and technical direction of our backend systems while coaching and supporting our engineers.
What do you do?
* Take ownership of backend architecture, technical choices, and system performance.
* Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and fellow engineers to design, build, test, and deploy.
* Coach and mentor backend engineers, raising the team’s technical standards.
* Ensure that our code is clean, maintainable, and well-documented.
* Drive integration projects with external systems for authentication, authorization, and content distribution.
* Write infrastructure as code and support DevOps best practices.
* Act as a go-to contact for backend-related issues, performance bottlenecks, and new features.

Your Track Record
* Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
* 8+ years of backend engineering experience, including at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.
* Advanced knowledge and experience with .NET/C#.
* Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and relational databases.
* Familiarity with infrastructure as code and DevOps practices.
* Proven ability to work on large, complex systems with high uptime requirements.
* Experience with secure coding practices (OWASP), design patterns, and unit testing.
