Ai pre-sales solution manager (brazil)

We are seeking a commercially sharp and technically hands‑on Generative AI Presales Consultant to support our regional pre‑sales motion across APAC and LATAM. The ideal candidate combines deep AI solution expertise with strong customer‑facing skills, and is capable of independently driving POC delivery and demo development using modern AI tools.

Responsibilities

  • Discovery and Solution Design – Lead detailed discovery workshops for qualified opportunities; develop tailored solution decks, customised demos, and prototypes that address specific customer pain points across voicebot, chatbot, and agentic AI use cases.
  • Demo Development via Vibe Coding – Build and iterate product demos independently using AI‑assisted development (vibe coding) techniques; showcase Agent Studio and platform capabilities in a compelling, customer‑ready format without dependency on engineering resources.
  • POC Ownership and Delivery – Define POC scope, success criteria, and technical requirements; design solution architecture and workflow logic; coordinate with TSA, Agent Ops, and Delivery teams; oversee POC execution and present outcome with technical recommendation to the customer.
  • Proposal and Bidding Support – Provide detailed solution design inputs for proposals; define architecture, sizing, and bill of materials; prepare budgetary quotes; co‑develop proposals with TSA, Delivery, and Product teams to ensure technical accuracy and commercial viability.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Alignment – Engage with C‑level and IT leadership to understand business objectives; manage commercial expectations throughout the pre‑sales cycle; coordinate cross‑functional alignment to avoid delivery risk and scope misalignment.
  • Expansion and Continuous Advisory – Identify additional use cases post‑implementation; provide solution optimisation recommendations based on operational insights; support renewal and expansion proposals with updated architecture and technical positioning.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related fields
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in enterprise pre‑sales, solutions consulting, or technical consulting roles
  • Proven hands‑on experience with voicebots, chatbots, and generative AI technologies including large language models, NLP, STT, and TTS
  • Demonstrated ability to build working demos and prototypes independently using AI‑assisted development tools
  • Fluency in Portuguese and Mandarin Chinese required; English proficiency is an advantage
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to frame solutions around cost, scalability, and business impact
  • Comfortable with travel within the LATAM region to support customer engagements on‑site
