How you will contribute
The Global Solution Owner,Product Information Management (PIM)& Syndication is a member of the DataShelfTransformation Team, focusing on creation and management of product data required by our Customers and Consumers, and instrumental to accelerate Mondelēz’s eCommerce priorities and growth.
You will be responsibleforselecting,designinganddeliveringmultiple, parallel projects that result in significantly improved quality of data, andsimplifyingdigital content syndication processes. The projects will transform processes, technology, and the organization to deliver consistently correct Product Digital Content across Enterprise, and externally.

What you need to know about this position:
Weseeka dynamic, technologysavvy,and commercially oriented data professional with a strongtrack recordleadingthe design and implementation of successful digital content and syndication solutions at the global level in a multi-national business. S/he will be familiar with data syndicationlandscapefor FMCG be familiar with operating at the leading edge of technology innovation.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Mondelēz resources related to Enterprise data solutions architecture and technology. S/he will have the responsibility to frame the value and have final say on the sequence of projects to be implemented. S/he will also work directly with the application solution vendors, manage contracts/licenses, and partner with the Application Support Management and Application Development Teams to manage applications' availability and evolution.

Key Responsibilities:
15. Build subject matterexpertisein digital content management and syndication technologies and best practices, and educates others
16. Responsible for the implementation & management of digital content strategy and technology capabilities focused on product data(PIM), and the internal and external services associated to it
17. Ensures the solutions are fit for purpose for digital content syndication and are adopted to its fullest potential across markets
18. Defines strategy and roles & responsibilities behindBPOContent Governance Team, in partnership with Operations teams and vendors.
19. Govern product digital content and process quality across creation and syndication (or leads transition of this responsibility to relevant Operations teams)
20. Partner with the Global Solution Owner for Product Aggregation and Syndication tooptimizeuse of technology assets, and simplify e2e data flow
21. Simplify solution landscape and improve speed of data delivery to consumers, and meet evolving digital shelf requirements
22. Enable Sales and Marketing byprovidingthe insights, communication capabilities, andsingle sourceof trusted and governed product & content data (in partnership with Data Management Operations and Governance teams)
23. As part of the Portfolio, ensure robust & sustainable Data solutions which drive value ( rationalization, processharmonizationand innovation) in conjunction with business needs.
24. Control costs by ensuring transparency of costs and totalcostof ownership as new projects are implemented.
25. Self-educate by gathering information and learnings from peer companies,conferencesand events to develop strategic solution roadmap for the Data Management area, taking emerging needs into account so a long-range plan and funding proposition can be worked out to be ready for future Data trends and challenges
26. Promote new and better ways of delivering solutions, specifically builds DevOps capability in his/her team
More about the position:
Education / Certifications:
27. Degree in Data Management, IT, ComputerScienceor equivalent
28. DAMA certifications or equivalent datacertificationswill be highly preferred
Job specific requirements:
29. Knowledge of content syndication business process & how data areleveragedto create business outcomes
30. Provenexperience partnering with sales/marketing in delivering product data (digital assets, logistical information) to Customers across most demanding North America and European markets
31. Proven experience developing and executing successful data technology and data architecture strategies that deliver sustainable earnings and a competitive advantage
32. Sound DAM,PIMand GDSN knowledge, preferably with Adobe and Informatica experience
33. Proven experience managing third party vendors delivering solution support and BPO services
34. Experienced atidentifyingand evaluating innovative data technology companies and leading negotiations to conclude partnerships and/or alliances
35. 10+ years of professional experience, preferably in Data Management / Data transformation, ideally in the consumer goods industry
36. 5+ years of experience in digital content and eCommerce
