* Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
* 7+ years of IT experience with at least 3 years in an IT Manager or leadership role.
* Strong experience in both IT Infrastructure and ERP/Application management.
* Experience supporting manufacturing or industrial environments.
* Proven experience managing factory startup, plant expansion, or new building IT projects.
* Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, Epicor, or similar.
* Good understanding of network infrastructure, servers, virtualization, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, and backup solutions.
* Strong project management and vendor management skills.
* Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities.
* Able to communicate effectively in English with international teams and management.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in multinational manufacturing companies.
* Experience with MES, WMS, Power BI, database management, or system integrations.
* Knowledge of ISO, IATF, or regulated manufacturing environments.
* PMP, ITIL, Microsoft, Cisco, or cybersecurity certifications are an advantage.
