Business Analyst - Finance & Accounting Expert

Responsibilities
* Project Management (50-70%)
o Gain trust of your customers
o Analyze the customer needs and suggest solutions
o Implement the agreed solutions (configuration and development)
o Make your customer/partner an Odoo Champion (training)
o Follow the project and communicate about its status and the ongoing tasks
o Organize and follow-up Odoo implementations
* Internal Improvement (30-50%)
o Support, coach and train other team members
o Produce enlightening content
o Collaborate with the Product Owners
o Participate in sales and marketing activities
o Develop new business services
MUST HAVE
* 3-5 years experience as an Accountant
* Fluent in English and French
* Learn Fast & Multitasking
* Good communication/negotiation skills
* Autonomous, Assertive & Proactive
* Affinity with the IT world
* Valid work permit for Belgium
NICE TO HAVE
* Dutch or German or Spanish
* Experienced in management software implementation
* IFRS regulation
* Budget forecasting - Controlling
* Cash flow management
* Drawing financial KPI for C-Level executives
* Cross entities consolidation
* Bachelor and/or Master in Finance-Accounting or Business Management
* Fluent in another European language: German or Spanish or Italian or Portuguese.
* Certified by a recognized professional organism (CFA)
