To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Site IT Migration & ERP Expert to support one of our partners near Brussels. In this role, you will play a central part in the deployment of a new ERP landscape, ensuring seamless system integration, strong data migration governance, and operational continuity in a highly regulated environment.
This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a major transformation program while collaborating with cross‑functional teams at site and global level.
As Site IT Migration & ERP Expert, you will contribute to the successful implementation and adoption of a new ERP ecosystem. Map business processes with functional stakeholders to support system design and data migration
Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of ERP‑related project milestones, ensuring minimal impact on GMP operations
Support system validation activities in collaboration with global teams.
Technical Expertise & Support
Coordinate functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Ensure data readiness, quality, and successful migration prior to go‑live.
Provide user support, training materials, and hypercare after deployment.
Collaborate with IT, Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement, and other site functions
Support the broader IT integration roadmap and contribute to multi‑disciplinary technical workstreams
You hold a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
SAP or similar platforms)
You have a strong understanding of system integrations, data migration, and business process mapping
You are fluent in both English and French.
