About the RoleAs a Project Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of construction and installation projects on customer sites. Your responsibility spans the full project lifecycle — from order to successful onsite delivery.
Key ResponsibilitiesEnd‐to‐end project management of construction-related installations on customer sitesManagement of subcontractorsBudget ownershipHandle a portfolio of 5–10 simultaneous projects with ranging duration 1 week (smaller) to 6–12 months (large installations)Ensure safe execution of all onsite activitiesIdentify and escalate risks when requiredManage installation and return processes across multiple customer sites
Experience & Technical SkillsProven experience in CAPEX project managementConstruction background is not mandatory, but you must be comfortable discussing technical topics with installation teamsUnderstanding of:Electrical systemsLifting and handling heavy materialsGreenfield/green housing installationsManufacturing or site expansion projectsStrong numerical and budget management skills
