As a Customer Service Representative, you will be an active member of the operations team and the direct point of contact for a variety of clients. Working closely with the transport planners, you will be fully dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction.
1. Customer Service & Client Support

Act as the first point of contact for clients regarding orders and operational inquiries.
*
Support the order entry process by providing accurate information to ensure complete bookings.
*
Prepare client reports, performance analyses, and gather information for review meetings.
*
Communicate proactively with clients about specific shipment details.
*
Analyze and resolve issues related to orders, delivery deadlines, conditions, and rates.
2. Customer Service & Account Development
*
Proactively contact clients to identify additional load opportunities or new business.
*
Take responsibility for customer satisfaction and actively improve it where necessary.
*
Develop, strengthen, and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
*
Keep transport records up to date to ensure timely invoicing.
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative that :
*
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in the logistics sector, ideally in customer service or transport planning.
*
Excellent communication skills in both English and French; knowledge of Dutch is a strong asset.
*
Willing to work full-time with flexibility (shift rotation: mornings/evenings and occasional weekends).
*
Strong knowledge and interest in automated planning systems and TMS (Transport Management Systems).
*
A real team player, but also able to work independently when needed.
