As the Office Assistant, your tasks will be to:
1. Manage office supplies and inventory
2. Be sure the office is clean and that rules are respected by employees
3. Contact technicians or cleaning services when needed
4. Arrange travel arrangements
5. Schedule appointments and meetings for the Office Manager
6. Follow-up invoices and maintain the database up-to-date
7. Support on event organization & coordination
8. Be the first person of contact by mail, post, tel and for general questions of employees or suppliers (dispatch if needed)
9. Good communication skills
10. Motivated, flexibel and eager to learn
11. You like a polyvalent & dynamic function where no day will be the same
12. You are a real team player but can also work autonomously
13. You have an excellent spoken & written level in Dutch and English (French is a plus)
14. You obtained a Bachelor degree in Office Management or similar fields (or equivalent by experience)
15. You are organized and have an eye for detail
