About This Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Consumer Credit Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in both the onboarding and follow-up phases of consumer credit applications.

Your Key Responsibilities
* Conduct credit application intakes with clients by phone and ensure quick processing.
* Analyze clients' situations and propose suitable credit products.
* Proactively manage commercial opportunities and offer additional financial products when appropriate.
* Serve as the first point of contact for clients, answering questions and guiding them through the process.
* Demonstrate strong sales skills and a passion for achieving and exceeding goals.

Phase 1 – Credit Request Intake (via Phone)
In this phase, you will:

* Conduct credit application intakes with clients by phone and follow up on their requests to ensure quick processing.
* Act as a financial advisor: analyze the client's situation and propose the most suitable credit product.
* Proactively manage commercial opportunities and offer additional financial products when appropriate.
* Serve as the first point of contact for clients, answering questions and guiding them through the process.
* Demonstrate strong sales skills and a passion for achieving and exceeding goals.

Phase 2 – Credit Request Follow-up
In this phase, you will:

* Review contracts, legal documents, and client signatures to ensure full compliance.
* Process the disbursement of funds to client accounts once all checks are completed.
* Assist clients in resolving issues in case of non-compliant or missing documentation.

Your Profile
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

* You should be fluent in Dutch and French, with a good working knowledge of English.
* You have strong commercial acumen and enjoy phone-based client interactions.
* You are customer-oriented, stress-resistant, and a team player.
* You are organized, autonomous, and have a rigorous attention to detail.
* You are proficient in MS Office tools.
* Experience in banking, credit, or call centers is considered a plus.
