DR We help large enterprises cut energy costs and valorize flexibility by steering their energy use in sync with market prices and renewable generation.
We're hiring a Brand Manager to shape how Companion shows up in the world.
You'll own our visual identity, messaging, events, and brand activations across Europe, making sure we stand out in a crowded market. You'll work closely with our existing network of branding and marketing freelancers to bring campaigns and creative work to life.
energy connects the financial side of energy management (contracts, markets, risk) with the operational side (assets, processes, sites). We model complex energy contracts and flexible assets, forecast demand and production, and translate predictions into automated, second-by-second decisions that move megawatts and money. Our software is used by large B2B enterprises and energy players to lower OPEX, maximize revenue, increase renewable usage, and manage risk.
You will work at the interface of markets and megawatts, making decisions that drive real financial outcomes.
Bridge software and the physical world: We're writing code and closing deals that help real assets react to market signals, every second of the day.
Join early, help shape the future: Small team, big impact. Helping companies adapt to a volatile energy landscape isn't just smart business. Experience in brand management, marketing communications, or creative roles in B2B tech or energy.
Excellent copywriting and storytelling abilities: you can craft a sharp narrative and make complex topics feel compelling.
Event planning and activation experience: you've organised industry events, conferences, or customer gatherings.
Experienced coordinating freelancers and external creative partners: designers, copywriters, videographers, and event suppliers across multiple markets.
Fluent in English. Additional European languages are a plus.
Proactive and resourceful: you get things done with or without a big team.
Video production or motion graphics skills.
Experience building brands at early-stage companies.
Intro call → case discussion or practical exercise → follow-up conversations with the team and founders.
