You will also interact regularly with internal teams, industry members and external stakeholders. /p pThis varied position offers the opportunity to contribute to event coordination, sector activities and communication management within a dynamic European environment. /p pustrongKey Responsibilities /strong /u /p ul liProvide administrative and organisational support to the Sector Group Manager /li liSupport sector management and advocacy activities /li liAssist with strategic engagement on key policy topics and interactions with policymakers /li liOrganise meetings, conference calls and appointments /li liCoordinate and arrange business travel /li liSupport the planning and organisation of workshops and events /li liManage task forces or sub-groups within the sector /li liPrepare draft activity reports summarising communication analytics, events and publications /li liManage the sector group’s website and communication channels /li liPublish news items and newsletters /li liCreate visuals using Canva and schedule posts on LinkedIn and Twitter via Hootsuite /li liMaintain and update the membership database (Salesforce) /li liManage and organise the library of relevant information for members /li /ul /td /tr trtd no-style="font-weight:bold;" colspan="2"Company /td /trtrtd colspan="2"pOur client is a European organisation representing the chemical industry and actively contributes to policy discussions with EU institutions.
