You will not be expected to manage people directly, but you will be expected to drive product decisions, shape priorities, and raise the standard of how product work is done.What you will doAs a Product Owner, you will take responsibility for one of Craft IT’s software products serving regulated credit risk clients.You will:own and continuously refine product vision, objectives, and roadmapmaintain a clear, prioritized, and actionable backlogtranslate product opportunities and client needs into well-scoped user stories and consistent acceptance criteriadefine MVPs and increments that deliver meaningful value without losing sight of the longer-term trajectorylead product discovery through client conversations, user feedback, workshops, and structured hypothesis testingprepare sprint scope with engineering, balancing value, effort, risk, and delivery constraintsaccept or reject delivered increments against agreed acceptance criteriawork with sales and client-facing teams on demonstrations, positioning, and product feedback loopscontribute to product metrics, OKRs, and decision-making grounded in evidence rather than intuition alonehelp ensure that roadmap decisions reflect both commercial opportunity and operational realityThis is not a coordination-only role.
