To strengthen our sales department in Brussels, we are currently looking for an additional Senior Sales Account Manager dedicated to Accenture & Avanade Services’ sales expansion at European Union (EU) account. This additional Sales Account Manager will be deployed within Accenture Microsoft Business Group (AMBG) and will be responsible for a sub‑set of the overall EU account sales planning, preparation and execution. The sub‑set allocated to the additional Sales Account Manager is related to Accenture/Avanade Services which are leveraging Microsoft technologies, assets and the strong partnership.
What You Will Be Doing
Develop new business for Accenture and Avanade Services leveraging Microsoft. Participate actively in the EU account sales growth planning.
Drive and execute the sales plan by developing existing and new businesses at the European Institutions within established framework contracts.
Develop and lead the AMBG Sales account plan and forecast, and provide regular progress report.
Drive the sales process while leveraging Accenture & Avanade subject‑matter experts and executives, as needed.
Maintain and develop commercial relationships with dedicated EU customers and potential future customers.
Originate and qualify leads & opportunities via networking, social media, events and/or other sources and develop relationships with C‑level executives within targeted EU directorates and institutions.
Take accountability for qualification and closure of new business within the account from early origination to sales closure.
Participate in answering RFPs in collaboration with technical teams.
Participate to sales campaigns.
Provide strategic direction and drive business with client to achieve revenue growth, profitability and continuing customer satisfaction.
What We Are Looking For
Sales Professional with higher education degree in business, management or a related field.
Extensive sales experience within the IT services industry with at least 5 years in a sales leadership role.
5+ years of experience working within the European Union and associated organisations.
Proven customer network and track record in maintaining trusted relationships with senior executives.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Experience in selling Microsoft solutions and the full product stack.
Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
Strategic thinker with a hands‑on approach.
Fluent in English and French or Dutch; other languages are an asset.
