As a Digital Change & Adoption Coach, you will guide employees in adopting and effectively using Microsoft 365 solutions such as Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, Copilot, AvePoint, Purview, and DLP. You'll play a key role in driving digital transformation by combining hands‐on coaching with structured change management.
You will help design and execute change plans based on the Prosci ADKAR methodology, build user readiness, and support teams through new digital ways of working. Working closely with Digital Workplace experts and cross‐functional teams, you'll ensure new tools are smoothly integrated into daily operations.
Key Responsibilities :
* Training Development: Create and deliver engaging Digital Workplace training tailored to diverse audiences.
* Workshops & Coaching: Lead workshops, webinars, and 1:1 coaching sessions, including with senior stakeholders.
* Content Creation: Produce user‐friendly learning materials—guides, FAQs, quick references, videos.
* Continuous Improvement: Use feedback and analytics to refine adoption strategies.
* Change Management: Develop and execute change plans using the Prosci ADKAR framework.
* Lead Change Initiatives: Manage end‐to‐end change initiatives, ensuring adoption and addressing resistance.
* Cross‐functional Collaboration: Work with Digital Workplace teams, SMEs, business units, and communication owners.
* Technology Advocacy: Stay up to date on Digital Workplace and AI tools, translating features into clear user benefits.
Skills & Qualifications :
* Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook).
* Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot or other AI productivity tools is a plus.
* Proven ability to deliver training, workshops, and presentations.
* Practical experience in change management, ideally with Prosci ADKAR.
* Ability to build and run change plans, manage stakeholders, and drive adoption.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify complex topics.
* Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently when needed.
* User‐centric, empathetic, and service‐oriented approach.
* Fluent in English; French and/or Dutch are an asset.
* Based in Belgium with a hybrid work setup (minimum two days on‐site). Occasional travel within Europe may be required.
