Your main responsibilities include:
6. Ensuring continuous and reliable reception coverage at all times — service continuity is your top priority.
7. Managing a flexible pool of receptionists to cover absences due to illness, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
8. Keeping the planning system accurate and up to date, swiftly finding replacements from the flying pool when needed.
9. Contacting available team members, confirming shifts, and proactively seeking alternative solutions when necessary.
10. Clearly communicating schedule updates and changes to the internal team.
11. Working in close coordination with the Business Partner, who serves as the main point of contact for clients.

14. Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
