Job Overview
Gerente Regional de Vendas Jr - full time with flexibility. The role focuses on strengthening the commercial team in São Luis through customer relationships, internal collaboration, and strategy implementation.
Responsibilities
* Promote, develop and maintain long‑term productive relationships with customers, serving as the link between them and internal teams.
* Act as the liaison between customers and internal departments such as logistics, finance, marketing, and trade.
* Acquire deep understanding of customer needs and requirements, aligned with knowledge of buyers, categories, and market.
* Negotiate contracts, promotional plans and innovations by executing marketing strategies in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
* Prepare volume forecasts, plans and metrics for sales data analysis.
* Plan finances for customer payments.
Qualifications
* Prior sales experience with active customer relationships.
* Intermediate English proficiency.
* Intermediate/advanced Office package skills, especially Excel.
* Reside in or be willing to move to São Luis, MA.
* Willingness to travel within Brazil throughout the career.
* Valid driver’s license Class B.
* For sales positions, employees are eligible for vehicle and fuel policy as a work tool; possessing an active driver’s license is mandatory.
