Business Controller – Your responsibilities
* Analyze financial performance: KPI tracking, variance analysis, and regular reporting to management
* Act as a true business partner: support operational teams in their decision-making
* Participate in monthly closings: provisions, inventory, fixed assets, and results analysis
* Contribute to budgeting and forecasting: preparation, monitoring, and adjustments
* Optimize profitability: cost analysis and support strategic decisions (pricing, purchasing, etc.)
Business Controller – Your profile
* Experience: Minimum 2 years in controlling or audit
* Languages: Fluent French + good level of English (German is a plus)
* Degree: Bachelor’s or Master’s in finance, accounting, or management
