While full technical training is provided, your mission will be to ensure an excellent commercial experience for European customers and supporting the full sales cycle:
* Act as the main point of contact for customers in your assigned region, ensuring accurate verbal and written communication of all requirements.
* Manage inquiries, quotations, and orders, and coordinate with production, logistics, and technical teams across Europe and the U.S.
* Organise shipments of finished goods to European customers and follow up proactively on delivery status.
* Maintain and monitor inventory levels (general, custom, and market stock) and provide recommendations to management.
* Navigate strict quality, export compliance, and internal process requirements linked to aerospace‑grade products.
* Solve day‑to‑day issues independently, escalating only when needed.
* Participate in weekly team meetings, one‑to‑ones, and ongoing coaching sessions with a dedicated local trainer.
* Contribute to continuous improvement and special internal projects.
