Junior Communication Strategist/Conceptioner on-site in Berlin
Your responsibilities:
· Development of creative campaigns and communication strategies for clients from the fields of politics, nation branding, tourism and business, from the German and international markets
· Liaise with mc Group´s staff and other external stakeholders to develop and implement a robust communication strategy
· In charge of the whole tendering process, from the reception of the brief to the submission of the proposal
· Coordinate priorities and resources among multiple projects
· Ensure high quality of all communication strategies developed for the tender processes.
· Preparing workplans and budgets, and supporting the bid team in the development of proposals
· Compile proposal documents in a structured format as per the standards of the tendering institution in a timely manner
· Report directly to the CEO
Your profile:
· At least a bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, public relations or journalism
· Over 2 years of experience delivering successful bids or experience in account management in contexts relevant to mc Group or PR
· Comprehensive experience and understanding of the Bid Management process (preferably at the international level) would be an asset
· Strong, professional account management skills
· Strong negotiation skills with the ability to deal with partner agencies, our network, suppliers and other parts of the business (stakeholder management skills).
· A positive attitude combined with excellent interpersonal skills
· An ability to successfully manage change in a fast-paced environment
· You have excellent English written and spoken skills. German is considered an asset.
