OF THE TASKS:
* analyze regularly the sources (documents, legal acts, international standards and norms) for data requirements' details and code lists included in customs data requirement annexes;
* consult with the owners and the users of the various data-sets in the data requirement annexes in order to assess the impact of changes to the relevant systems;
* ensure the implementation of necessary changes with the service provider operating the database prepare answers to incident reports
* support to the analysis of risks/delays/mitigating measures relating to the legislation on data
requirements, data requirements annexes
* review deliverables from the contractor developing
* prepare meetings, workshops, training and communication material, review the related material;
* presentation of prepared materials to various stakeholders;
* review of specification documents drafted by contractors, including managing the review cycle.
Services may also be requested in relation to the activity of other sectors in the Unit and the Directorate
as well as horizontal project teams
LEVEL OF EDUCATION
Bachelor or Master Degree

Following specific expertise is mandatory for the performance of tasks:
* at least 4 years of business analysis experience;
* at least 3 years of experience in the management of reference data.
