Job Description:
End-to-End Contract Management
* Draft, review, and negotiate international commercial agreements
* Coordinate with shareholders and lead supplier negotiations
* Monitor contract execution, performance, and compliance
* Manage renewals, amendments, and conflict resolution processes
Cross-Functional Business Support
* Advise and support commercial teams during negotiations
* Ensure compliance with competition law and internal policies
* Conduct regular training and awareness sessions on contract-related legal topics
Contract Risk Management and Reporting
* Anticipate and report on contractual risks to internal stakeholders
* Provide regular updates to legal, commercial, and executive teams
Template and Governance Oversight
* Maintain and develop standardized contract templates
* Ensure alignment with internal and external legal frameworks
Additional Legal and Contractual Support
* Review agreements with third-party vendors and partners
* Support basic corporate governance activities with external counsel
* Contribute to co-managing transversal projects (e.g. digital legal tools, team development initiatives)
* Holds a Master's Degree in Law (Belgium)
* Brings at least 5 years of experience in international contract management or commercial contract negotiation
* Demonstrates strong contract drafting, negotiation, and project management skills
* Has professional fluency in English (additional languages such as French, Dutch, or German are a plus)
* Thrives in fast-paced, international environments and is eager to grow into a management role
