B.E.S. (Business & Engineering Solutions) is growing and thus welcoming new Pipe Stress Engineer in our team.
As a Pipe Stress Engineer at B.E.S., you will enjoy a collaborative environment where you will work closely with others in an organisation focused on innovation.
Your responsibilities :
* Perform flexibility and stress analyses on industrial piping systems (CAESAR II) in accordance with standards (ASME, EN)
* Evaluate the effects of thermal expansion, permanent and accidental loads, as well as wind and seismic impacts.
* Analyze loads at equipment interfaces (pumps, heat exchangers, tanks) according to API standards.
* Design and validate piping supports (rigid, spring, dynamic supports)
* Size and verify steel structures (pipe racks, platforms, frameworks) in accordance with Eurocodes.
* Perform FEM modeling and structural analyses (stability, buckling, deformations) using SCIA and Robot Structural Analysis.
* Produce technical documentation (calculation notes, reports, load plans) and ensure coordination with project teams, suppliers, and clients.
Your profile :
* You have a master's degree in engineering.
* You have minimum 5 years of experiences in piping stress analysis or structural mechanics.
* You have an experience in EPC and industrial project environments is highly valued.
* You have a knowlegde with ASME, EN 13480 / EN 13445.
* You are fluent in English.
