What you'll do
Define and align testing approaches with the overall project strategy.
Analyze functional requirements and identify quality risks early on.
Develop, prioritize, and execute manual and automated test cases using tools like Cypress and JUnit5.
Perform testing at multiple levels: unit, integration, and end-to-end.
Review CI/CD results and perform functional reviews of deliverables.
Track and manage defects, identify inefficiencies, and recommend process improvements.
Deliver clear and structured reporting of test outcomes and recommendations to stakeholders.
Maintain up-to-date testing documentation, processes, and use cases.
Act as a liaison between business teams, technical teams, and users to ensure shared quality goals.
Influence developers through static requirement reviews to emphasize the importance of testing.
Coach and mentor junior testers, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
What you bring
Over 7 years of experience in software quality assurance or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and processes (ISTQB Foundation/Advanced certification is a plus).
Experience with tools such as TestLink, Zephyr, Jira, and Confluence.
Proven skills in test automation frameworks, particularly Cypress and JUnit5.
Basic understanding of CI, TDD, UML, Java, SQL, and Version Control systems like GIT or SVN.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in Dutch and French, with operational English proficiency.
