About the Role
We are looking for an experienced International Business Development Manager / Key Account Manager to drive our growth in the DACH pet food ingredients market.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for engaging closely with R&D and procurement teams, understanding their needs, and introducing innovative ingredient solutions that add real value to their products.

The ideal candidate will possess commercial experience selling ingredients to the pet food, food, or feed industries, strong relationship-building skills with R&D and procurement teams, and excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities at senior purchasing level.
A solid track record in business development and key account management is essential, as well as interest in innovative, sustainable solutions and leadership potential.
Fluency in German and good command of English are required, along with residence in Germany and willingness to travel regularly across Europe.

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or key account management.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
