Job Description
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
* Prepare and follow up on quotes
* Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
* Support sales with CRM and order administration
* Follow up on payments and administrative processes
The Successful Applicant
* Sales-minded and highly customer-focused
* Fluent in English and Dutch
* Well-organized and able to work independently
* Digitally skilled with MS Office and CRM systems
* Affinity with technical or industrial environments
