Core Experience & Background
* 5–10 years (or more) of experience in product management within IT and Cloud domains, ideally with exposure to maritime or remote operations.
* Proven track record in Cloud-native service development, including:
* Modern workplace solutions (e.g. M365)
* Backup-as-a-Service (BaaS)
* VM hosting and management
* Cloud security and vulnerability management
Technical & Strategic Competence
* Strong understanding of Cloud architecture (Azure, hybrid environments, tenant management).
* Experience with data protection, cybersecurity frameworks, and compliance in regulated industries.
* Ability to translate customer needs into technical specifications, roadmaps, and value propositions.
* Skilled in SWOT analysis, competitive benchmarking, and business case development.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
* Comfortable working across multi-disciplinary teams: engineering, sales, legal, delivery, and support.
* Capable of leading customer interviews, gathering insights, and shaping product strategy accordingly.
* Excellent communication skills to articulate product vision and secure internal buy-in.
Operational & Commercial Acumen
* Experience in go-to-market strategy, pricing models, and service packaging.
* Familiarity with managed services, professional services, and recurring revenue models.
* Ability to support sales enablement through training, collateral creation, and portfolio positioning.
Location & Availability
* Preferably based in Brussels, The Hague, Paris, or Toulouse—with flexibility for remote work.
* Immediate availability is a plus.
