HAYS IT is assisting one of their clients, in their search for several freelance Business Consultants.
These consultants will join different teams within the business, focusing on Shared Services. As a Business Consultant, you will act as a trusted advisor and bridge between business and technology teams, maximizing business value through insights, concepts, and solutions for transformation projects.
The ideal candidate has:
* A Bachelor or Master degree and 5–7 years of relevant experience.
* Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
* Experience in process modeling, management, and documentation, with affinity for IT and/or network domains.
* Knowledge of AWS, SQL, data modeling concepts, and UX experience are assets.
* Knowledge of GIS/location intelligence is a plus.
* Understanding of business analysis best practices and agile methodologies.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Fluency in English is required; Dutch is a plus.
* Affinity with telecom and experience in agile environments are considered advantages.

* Start date: ASAP
* Duration: Until 30/06/2026, with possible extension
* Location: Mechelen (minimum two office days per week)
