We are looking for a technically-minded and commercially-driven Business Development Manager - Manufacturer Industrial Laundry Machinery to strengthen our presence across Western Europe.
* Develop and grow a client base across care homes, hospitals, hotels, prisons, community centers, and industrial laundries
* Sell complex, tailor-made technical solutions rather than off-the-shelf products
* Manage long-term sales cycles that can span several months to years
* Build and nurture strong relationships through consistent, structured follow-up
* Identify market opportunities and create strategic entry plans in Western Europe
* Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client processes and offering the right solutions
* Collaborate with internal technical and project teams to shape customer proposals
* Represent the company at trade fairs, networking events, and customer visits
* Travel frequently within Western Europe (approx. 40-50%)
* Report directly to the Sales Director and contribute to international business growth
* Proven commercial background in industrial laundry or a related technical sector, with at least 10 years of B2B sales or business development experience
* Strong technical-commercial mindset with the ability to understand and translate complex customer needs into tailored solutions
* Highly autonomous, goal-oriented, and driven by results, with a structured and persistent approach to long sales cycles
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills; fluent in English - additional European languages are a strong asset
* Willing to travel frequently and capable of managing priorities across multiple markets with professionalism and discipline
