Job Description
Define and execute the IT operations strategy aligned with business and technology goals
Lead and inspire teams across Service Desk, System Engineering, DevOps, Database Administration, and Service Delivery Management
Ensure high availability, performance, and continuity of all IT assets and services
Oversee incident response, monitoring, and disaster recovery plans
Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with group policies and SLAs
Drive cloud adoption and promote platform‑based collaboration for product teams
Plan capacity, resource allocation, and operational readiness for projects
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and innovation
The Successful Applicant
Strategic thinker with hands‑on leadership and excellent stakeholder management skills
Previous Experience in Financial Services
Minimum 10 years' experience in IT Operations, including 5+ years in management
Strong expertise in cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and DevOps principles
Proven success leading cross‑functional teams and managing complex IT environments
Familiar with ITIL frameworks, agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Spotify model)
Excellent communication in English; proficiency in French or Dutch is a plus
