Sr. Marketing Director: Digital Innovation
As a Sr. Marketing Director, you will drive digital marketing innovation and customer journey enhancements. Your mission is to optimize processes, leverage data, and implement new technologies to empower our marketing efforts.
Main Responsibilities:
* Optimize Customer Journeys – Identify key insights and refine touchpoints to improve key moments of truth.
* Lead Generation & Nurturing – Develop and optimize lead acquisition strategies across digital and offline channels.
* Marketing Funnel Optimization – Implement lead scoring frameworks to ensure seamless handovers to sales.
* Process & Strategy Development – Create high-standard marketing processes to support lead generation, content distribution, product launches, and market expansion.
* Team Leadership & Coaching – Act as a mentor and leader within the marketing team, fostering collaboration across regions.
* Marketing Tech & Analytics – Evaluate and integrate new technologies to improve marketing performance and decision-making.
About You:
* Xperienced Marketer – 5+ years in digital marketing, including campaign management, workflows, and reporting.
* Tech-Savvy – Proficient with email marketing platforms, CRM tools, and analytics software.
* Data-Driven & Strategic – Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for decision-making.
* Proven Leader & Team Player – Skilled in coaching teams and collaborating across departments.
* Passionate About E-commerce – A genuine interest in e-commerce and premium markets (B2B experience is a plus).
