Working closely with our leadership team, you will participate in developing client’s
strategy and delivering the technical roadmap.
You will be responsible for simulator operations and the service delivery to our customers, including:Leading simulator operations and supervising the activities of assistant Simulator Operators.
Developing and integrating simulator systems, including the vehicle models, tyre models and track models
Optimising the simulation environment for performance, robustness and user-friendliness
Collaborating with our modelling team to develop the physics model of our customers’ vehicles and their subsystems
Managing and maintaining the simulator facility, working closely with our partners and suppliers
Assisting and mentoring the simulator team, and leading technical programmes
Your profile
Master's or Ph.D. in Engineering, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field
5+ years of experience with the development and utilisation of DiL simulators, ideally within a high-level motorsport environment
You should be an expert in several of the following areas:
DiL simulators and real-time operating systems
Motion Cueing developments
Model integration, fitting and correlation
HiL integration
Control systems
Vehicle system modelling
Proficiency in Matlab/Simulink, Python, C/C++, xphnsxz and familiarity with vehicle modelling and simulation environments such as Speedgoat,
Concurrent, dSpace, Modelica, Dymola is beneficial
Customer-centric approach whilst representing the company’s technical expertise in simulation technology
Highly self-motivated, result-oriented and able to work independently with a very high attention to detail
Stress-tolerant, open-minded, innovative, and a team player
Full professional proficiency in
English is mandatory,
French and German are a plus
Willingness to travel, as required
