Job Description:
* Lead complex analytical projects for biopharma partners across development stages
* Design studies and plan experiments in collaboration with clients and internal teams
* Ensure proper planning and execution of analytical experiments
* Process analyse and report scientific data to stakeholders
* Develop and apply innovative protein separation methodologies
* Coach and train team members in protein separation techniques
* Provide regular updates on project progress and next steps
* Align with internal stakeholders on strategic direction
Requirements:
* PhD in chemistry biochemistry biotechnology pharmacy or equivalent experience
* Minimum 8 years experience in protein analysis within a biopharma environment
* Strong expertise in LC and CE based analytical techniques
* Deep understanding of protein characterisation across development stages
* Proven experience in team leadership and coaching
* Strong communication and reporting skills
* Customer focused mindset with strong problem solving abilities
* Ability to manage complex projects in an independent manner
* Fluent in English
