Job Title: Commercial Director
The Commercial Director is responsible for creating, developing, sharing, and realizing the department's budget. You will be part of the company board and will align with the company's short- and medium-term strategies, policies, and vision, translating them into a clear and pragmatic division strategy to guarantee optimum performance. The role oversees National Sales, Global Operations, MDS & Outsourcing, and reports directly to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities
1. Achieve Budget Goals: Ensure revenue and profit targets (monthly, quarterly, annually) are met, focusing on Ricoh's key strategies for total sales in Belgium across all business lines. Develop business plans and sales strategies to attain sales goals, profitability, and customer base expansion. Prepare annual budgets and mitigation plans as needed.
2. Leadership and People Management: Lead and support staff to achieve maximum profitability and growth, fostering motivation, ownership, and coaching. Conduct regular performance reviews and support staff development in a respectful manner.
3. Market Presence and Customer Relations: Maintain strong relationships with colleagues across segments and indirect sales channels. Develop hybrid go-to-market strategies to enhance productivity and performance. Visit customers, attend events, and sponsor activities to strengthen networks and strategy execution.
4. Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports to the CEO, analyze sales data, and collaborate with directors to identify growth opportunities.
5. Strategic Collaboration: Work with senior colleagues and management to improve productivity, focus on strategic goals, and ensure business continuity and succession planning.
6. Compliance and Quality: Adhere to Quality, Safety, Welfare, Environmental policies, Sox regulations, the Code of Conduct, and ISMS. Suggest improvements and report incidents to management.

* Master's degree or equivalent experience
* Fluent in Dutch, French, and English
