About the Internship
Join our dynamic HR-team and contribute to strategic projects that shape the future of HR across multiple subsidiaries of Proximus Group (incl. Proximus Ada, Proximus NXT IT, Clearmedia, and more). This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in multple HR-domains within a Shared Service Center environment.
What You'll Do
* Support Strategic HR Projects: Assist in designing, implementing, and evaluating initiatives such as onboarding programs, performance management systems, leadership development, HR-analytics and HR-tooling.
* Operational Support: Act as a point of contact for business units, providing operational assistance and collaborating with employees at various levels.
* Data Analysis & Reporting: Conduct analyses to support decision-making and prepare reports on project progress and impact.
* Learning & Development: Help develop and implement learning strategies, organize training sessions, and support talent management programs.

Who We're Looking For
* University students in Economics, Business Administration, HRM, Organizational Psychology or related fields
* Strong interest in HR processes, talent development, and organizational strategy.
* Proactive, analytical, and eager to learn.
* Dutch and English are the main working languages; French is a plus but not required.

* Duration: Flexible (20–30 working days) or mandatory (11 weeks at 80%, with one free day per week).
* Start Period: Flexible
