As MSL you discuss products, studies and results health‑care professionals, provide balanced scientific information and support the Medical Affairs Core Value Team strategy.Field LocationBeerse, Belgium – in‑field role requires limited office presence.Contract TypeRegular full‑time.Responsibilities• Discuss J&J products and clinical data with clinicians in the Flemish‑speaking area of Belgium.• Collect external insights during interactions and inform medical strategy.• Execute activities described in the Medical Affairs tactical plan.• Stay current on therapeutic landscape trends and organize educational events.• Collaborate closely with the Medical Advisor and other MSLs.QualificationsScientific degree: MD, Pharm, or biomedical sciences (PhD not required).Fluent in Dutch (native) and English; French a plus.2–3 years relevant industry experience in Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Real‑world Evidence, Market Access, Sales, or External Engagement.Previous MSL experience a strong plus.Experience in setting up and rolling out medical educational events a plus.Strong scientific acumen and business/strategic acumen.Good understanding of the Belgian health‑care environment.Excellent interpersonal communication, presentation skills and innovative attitude.Team player with independent, open, clear and collaborative relationships.Nice to HavesProven oncology knowledge (lung cancer a plus).Established network in oncology (preferable pneumo‑oncologists/oncologists).Equal OpportunityJohnson & Johnson is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity at our company.
