Functie
In je rol bij de R&D-afdeling werk je als Senior Product Developer samen met andere productontwikkelaars en gerenommeerde externe designers aan nieuwe ontwikkelingen binnen de Tribù collectie. Je verzekert de allerhoogste kwaliteit van collecties door ze met passie en kennis te ontwikkelen. Je weet designvoorstellen te vertalen naar technisch realiseerbare producten. Je neemt hierbij verantwoordelijkheid over het volledige productontwikkelingsproces en communiceert verbindend met onze leveranciers, collega's van andere afdelingen binnen Tribù én met de externe designers.
Profiel
Je hebt de nodige mechanische kennis en technisch inzicht.
Je hebt een hands-on benadering bij het oplossen van problemen.
Je bent gewend om zelfstandig te werken en om te gaan met de druk van deadlines.
Je kunt werken met Adobe photoshop, Illustrator en Indesign.
Je werkt vloeiend met 3D CAD software, bij voorkeur Solidworks, ervaring met Autocad is een pluspunt.
Naast technische expertise beschik je over sterke projectmanagement skills om projecten efficiënt te plannen en af te stemmen met stakeholders.
Je bent handig en technisch onderlegd, idealiter met ervaring in meubelconstructie.
Je bent proactief, detailgericht en hanteert een pragmatische en hands-on benadering bij probleemoplossing.
Je bent in staat om duidelijk en professioneel te communiceren.
Je behaalde een master productontwikkeling of master industrieel ingenieur of gelijkwaardig.
Je hebt minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring.
Tribù is een internationaal georiënteerde organisatie en een grondige kennis van het Engels en Nederlands is dan ook een vereiste. Kennis van Italiaans en/of Frans is zeker een pluspunt.

Role
In your role within the R&D department, you will work as a Senior Product Developer, collaborating closely with other product developers and renowned external designers on new developments within the Tribù collection. You ensure the highest quality standards of the collections by developing them with passion and expertise. You are able to translate design concepts into technically feasible products.
You take responsibility for the entire product development process and communicate in a constructive and collaborative manner with suppliers, colleagues from other departments within Tribù, and external designers.
Profile
• You have strong mechanical knowledge and solid technical insight.
• You take a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
• You are accustomed to working independently and handling deadline pressure.
• You are proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• You are fluent in working with 3D CAD software, preferably SolidWorks; experience with AutoCAD is a plus.
• In addition to technical expertise, you possess strong project management skills to efficiently plan projects and align with stakeholders.
• You are practical and technically skilled, ideally with experience in furniture construction.
• You are proactive, detail-oriented and apply a pragmatic, hands-on approach to problem-solving.
• You are able to communicate clearly and professionally.
• You hold a Master's degree in Product Development, Industrial Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
• You have at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Tribù is an internationally oriented organization, therefore a strong knowledge of both English and Dutch is required. Knowledge of Italian and/or French is a definite plus.
