Agile project manager

As part of its reform, our client has filled its Service Delivery Management Department, responsible for the development of IT solutions, with a team of project managers dedicated to managing business projects in 'agile' mode. To ensure this approach, our client wishes to recruit a new Project Manager to lead these business projects.

In close collaboration with our client's teams, your main activities and deliverables related to this mission will be:

1. Carrying out or supervising the pre-analysis and risk analysis.
2. Identifying providers, contacts, and experts, defining the project charter, and setting up the project organization.
3. Being responsible for the internal and external kick-off with the client to understand their needs and environment.
4. Managing the selection phase of the Service Centers (Collaborative Tools, Multichannel, ERP, and ACM) and obtaining a capacity for implementation.
5. Defining tasks and deliverables and creating the project plan in an agile approach.
6. Establishing the project team and driving it forward.
7. Monitoring projects (planning, budget, scope, risks) and managing changes.
8. Bringing together all individuals involved in the project.
9. Coordinating and supervising implementation, testing, and training phases.
10. Concluding projects.
11. Providing ad-hoc reporting for specific needs.

The main skills and experiences required for the activities described above are:

12. At least 5 years of relevant experience as a project manager in IT projects.
13. Mastery of at least one Agile methodology (preferably Scrum) and project management tools.
14. Experience in application development projects.
15. Knowledge of technologies such as Microsoft Power Platform, Sharepoint, Jahia, Odoo, Java, and Pega.
16. Ability to understand the technical constraints of technologies managed in Service Centers and to clearly communicate them to the business.
17. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects.
18. Leadership, decision-making, and constant proactive attitude.
19. Excellent communication skills in French, both oral and written.
20. Autonomy, appreciation of teamwork and client interaction, results orientation.
21. Pragmatism, adaptability, and ability to step back.
22. Very good writing and synthesis skills.
