We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in France. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the French market and a proven ability to build trust-based relationships with key stakeholders, playing a pivotal role in Avesta's continued success and growth within the country.

About The Role

As the Business Development Manager for Battery Energy Solutions, you will be integral to expanding Avesta's footprint in the French market. Your primary responsibility will be identifying new business opportunities, fostering relationships with key stakeholders, and driving the adoption of our energy storage solutions across France. This position involves regular travel throughout the country to engage with customers, partners, and other industry players.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and develop new business opportunities in the battery energy solutions sector.
* Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
* Spearhead the expansion of Avesta's energy storage solutions across France.
* Represent Avesta at industry events, conferences, and client meetings, showcasing our solutions and building our brand presence.
* Collaborate with internal teams, ensuring the seamless delivery of solutions to customers while aligning with Avesta's business objectives.

What We're Looking For:

* Proven experience in business development, particularly within the energy storage or battery industries.
* In-depth understanding of the French energy market and its evolving dynamics.
* Strong ability to build trust-based, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* A proactive, results-driven approach with a hands-on attitude.
* Willingness to travel frequently across France.
* Fluency in both French and English is essential.
