Job Description
This position is for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Experience Officer, you will be responsible for providing solutions and services to our existing customers within your region.
Key Responsibilities:
* You will collaborate with the Area Sales Manager to develop and implement the company's Aftermarket plan for the region.
* You will proactively engage with existing customers, identifying opportunities to drive aftermarket sales by offering tailored software, hardware, and aftermarket services such as trainings, technical audits, and incubational support.
* You will provide impactful software and cloud application demos, either remotely or in person with customers.
* You will apply your expertise in software and cloud applications to support the Area Sales Manager on new projects when required.
* You will prepare quotations, process orders, and actively monitor whether customers are utilizing the delivered aftermarket solutions and assess their satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A strong ambition in sales and a drive to succeed.
* A bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience.
* Fluency in Dutch and English is mandatory. You must either already have knowledge of French or be committed to learning it. Good knowledge of other languages is a plus.
* A strong communicator.
* Able to travel abroad (30%) to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
