For one of our esteemed clients, a Real estate developer & asset management company, we are looking for an Asset Manager (mixed real estate portfolio). You will supervise the portfolio on a commercial, financial, technical & administrative level

Your missions and responsibilities ?
5. Supervise lease (re)negotiation & financial metrics of the portfolio (cashflow, rentability, occupation rate…)
6. Be the contact person for tenants and visit to rent vacant spaces + maintain relationships with brokers
7. Collaborate with property coordinators to ensure the good tenue of buildings (administrative & technical overview)
8. Maintain client relationships & contact in order to have a better flow of information & overall satisfaction
9. Prospect (dis)investment opportunities & assist the investment/transaction teams to follow-up on deal procedures
10. Reporting to the higher management to ensure smooth operations
The perfect profile ?
11. Degree in real estate, property management or finance
12. Minimum 3 years in a similar role
13. Very good level in French and Dutch, and proficiency in english
14. Solid knowledge in commercial/corporate lease drafts & portfolio overview
15. Analytical & commercial flair is sought after
